Responsible for creating, implementing and managing brokerage marketing, conducts follow-up communication with potential brokerage clients and assists with team negotiation strategies for brokerage clients.

Responsible for transaction coordination, email management of electronic marketing for brokerage clients.  Uploads listings and makes changes to brokerages' marketing websites as well as performing other adminstrative duties for the team.

Responsible for taking photos of brokerages' homes for sale, measuring rooms, creating and delivering brochures, setting up all real estate signage, lock boxes, and other marketing materials at brokerages' listings.
